Our staff is renowned for going out of their way to make the Yellow experience one that thousands of people each year remember as being a highlight of their travels. <br><br>Please note:<br><br>- We are unable to send or fax letters of any kind for visa document applications to embassies and/or consulates.<br><br>- The age restriction applies for Persons under the age of 18, unless accompanied by a parent or a legal tutor and for people over the age of 40 <br><br>- A valid ID (EU-countries) or a valid Passport is required at check-in<br><br>- If you would like to change or cancel your reservation you must send us a written request via email. Cancellations or changes are not accepted via telephone. In case you need to cancel your booking and to avoid being charged the first night of your stay, you must send us your cancellation notification in writing, before 1.30 pm (CET), the day before your arrival date i.e. prior to 1.30 pm at least 24 hours prior to your arrival date. Only when you receive a reply with the confirmation of your cancellation or change, can you be sure that your request has been processed and what the final outcome is.<br>- If you have made a booking that includes the dates of the 31st of December 2008, or the 1st of January 2009, the same conditions apply as written above, with the exception that you must send us your cancellation notification in writing, before 1.30 pm (CET), 3 days before your arrival date i.e. prior to 1.30 pm at least 72 hours prior to your arrival date. We also have an obligatory 4 night minimum stay for these 2 dates. <br><br>- Check-in is after 1:30pm until late and check out is 10am but you can leave your luggage with us for the day, free of charge.
