The food you will eat the most on Kilimanjaro is most likely soup. It’s always a great start to the lunch or dinner and helps warm your body. It’s pretty good for the first 3 days, but by day 6 and 7, it can get kind of old. The cooks on Kilimanjaro are great at doing different variations on soup – covering the whole range of vegetables and meat. We had pumpkin soup, zuchini soup, onion soup, vegetable soup, chicken soup, mystery soup, beef soup, cucumber soup and much more.
